1. Roles and Responsibilities Manual

Clearly establishes the roles of each of MTP’s departments and position, specifies chains of command and leadership and includes an organization chart.

2. Code of Ethics

Establishes corporate values, vision, mission and work culture at MTP. Includes compliance of ethical practices such as conflict of interests reporting, free competition, ethical relationships between the company, business partners and authorities, as well as the principles that rule Human Resources activities, our relationship with the environment and personal data protection.

3. Control, Surveillance and Audit Systems

Documents budget control practices, as well as financial and accounting audits. Also establishes the audit process that Business Partners (third parties with whom MTP make temporary unions: joint ventures, or share shareholding, mergers, etc. that interact with the government on our behalf) and Third Party Intermediary (providers, suppliers or consultants who have contact with the government on our behalf) have to complete before entering into a commercial relation with MTP.

4. Report System

Establishes the channel for reporting any violation of the Anti-Corruption Policy and any other conduct or action that goes against the Integrity Policy. Creates the Reports Committee, integrated by the Compliance Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer, who will attend and resolve every report under strict confidentiality.

  1. Training Systems

Establishes the different types of training, both mandatory and optional and designates the responsible Director for the authorization, schedule, facilitation and evaluation of such trainings.

Establishes the ethical standards and principles that are followed in the process of employment, such as equal opportunities, non-discrimination, transparency and personal data protection. Outlines set of rules in order to prevent hiring a person who could put the integrity of the company at risk.

  1. Transparency and Communication Mechanisms

Lists the documents that are part of the Integrity Policy and appoints those responsible for the development, update, communication and monitoring of each document.

  1. Internal Labor Rules

Describes the rules to which all MTP employees are subject to, such as work schedule, paid time off and others, as well as employer’s obligations such as setting salary payment place and date, assuring regulations to prevent health, safety and occupational hazards, among others. Contains the disciplinary actions in case rules are violated.

  1. Anti-corruption Policy

Establishes guidelines and actions to detect, prevent and sanction acts of corruption prohibited by the FCPA and the Mexican Anticorruption System within MTP, as well as in their activities carried out and relationships with clients, suppliers, competitors, Government and society. All MTP Business Partners and Third Party Intermediaries must comply with this Policy.

10. Anti-corruption Policy for Business Partners and Third Party Intermediaries

Establishes the approvement process of Business Partners and Third Party Intermediaries of MTP, consisting of an audit carried out by the Legal Department, and in some cases, an external party with expertise in background checking; the inclusion of an anti-corruption clause in the agreement that governs the commercial relationship between MTP and the Business Partner or Third Party Intermediary; as well as a signed statement by the Business Partner or Third Party Intermediary in which it commits to comply with MTP’s Anti-corruption Policy.

MTP is engaged with the sustainable aspect of its operations, aiming for an overall positive impact. To achieve this, this policy establishes criteria and standards that must prevail in all relationships sustained with our groups of interest, as well the action areas in which MTP fosters various initiatives in favor of the country and society development.

  • If you initiate a selection process for any job opening within MTP (performed through MTP Management), MTP Management may transfer your identification, and work and education data to companies specialized in background checks for work purposes.

You may exercise your ARCO Rights: Access to promptly know the personal data we hold about you; Rectification in order to request correction of your information; Cancellation of your information, if you believe that it is not being used properly or; Opposition to the use of your personal data for specific purposes, following the procedure below:

  1. Fill out the ARCO Rights Exercise Application (the “Application”), sign it, scan it and send it along with a copy of your official ID to datospersonales@5lgvslqlp6lrwwebsite.azurewebsites.net.
  2. If the information in the Application is insufficient or erroneous or a copy of the official identification is not attached or is not visible or is not valid, MTP shall require it within 5 business days from the receipt of the Application.
